Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions that improve business processes and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2016/2019, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and integration with Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, pages, and web parts to meet business requirements.

  • Build and automate workflows using Power Automate and SharePoint Designer.

  • Develop custom SharePoint applications using SPFx, JavaScript, jQuery, and REST APIs.

  • Create and maintain PowerApps to extend functionality and user interactivity.

  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).

  • Manage permissions, access control, and user roles within SharePoint environments.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.

  • Migrate content between SharePoint versions or from file shares/legacy systems.

  • Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training or documentation when needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience developing and managing SharePoint environments.

  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, and Microsoft 365.

  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI (basic level).

  • Experience with client-side development (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, SPFx).

  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, CAML, and CSOM/JSOM.

  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

  • Ability to analyze business processes and develop solutions to support them.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-600, PL-900, PL-400).

  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions.

  • Knowledge of Nintex workflows and forms (if applicable).

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
